I need to replace my radio so I'm trying to remove the dash first. I can't figure out how to disconnect the cargo switch harnes so that I can remove the dash.How do I disconnect the cargo switch on my 1995 GMC 1500 dash?
Use a really small regular screwdriver to manuver the latch on the plug, it's kinda tough. If it has the black plastic tab on the top, use your finger and push it down and pull the connector out. It will be tough and you are probably gonna crack a knuckle.
