Highly unlikely it has nuclear arms. The North Koreans may not actually possess any workable bombs other than what they are producing for tests. Crazy as they may seem they know that if they give or sell a nuclear weapon to somebody else, and that somebody else uses it on some third party, that third party is likely to blame the North Koreans and then show up on their turf and start breaking things.





We could just torpedo it in the open water and deny any knowledge of what happened to it.What should we do about the North Korean cargo ship?
