When I was in Kuwait where I was issued a DOD ID, it was Evergreen, they carry military hardware (can't be specific), yes most of them 747 from 100- 300. But this was sometime ago but some of the guys are still there so perhaps it is still ongoing.
It was there I saw the Antonovs and they're the biggest so far.
