The carpris are a kacki cargo style and I usually don't wear cargos, so what kind of shirt should I wear? I'm a girl by the way, in her early teens.What is fashionable to wear with cargo capris?

I like the little tees with cool sayings, they're cute. Even a fitted polo shirt would look good. Plain tank tops look good too.

A light pink tank with lace trim and a cropped camo jacket. a single silver bracelet on top of the jacket and two silver and (various shades of) pink necklaces, too.
