Ask if you can arrange door-to-door delivery (duty and delivery to Kaduna included). The forwarder's agent in Nigeria will then do customs clearance and arrange either for someone to collect or onward transport (but I recommend collection). just make sure that the value of the shipment is HIGHER than the shipment price. also try to get exemption BEFORE it arrive to Nigerian shores

Depending on your location, you can ship your consignment on a KLM flight to Kano, then have it transferred by road to Kaduna.
