Does a hoodie look good with board shorts or with cargo shorts on a guy?

Or does it have to be worn with long trousers?

Totally! i know i've seen a guy wear that before but i'm not sure where...but it defnitely does look good, but it also depends on the fit of the hoodie and shorts. If the hoodie is baggy it will look great but if its the type of hoodie that shows of your pecks, that looks like body paint, then no. I think that would look fine. That's what alot of American guys wear over here whenever it's nice enought to wear shorts and just cool enough for a hoodie. Good choice!
