a well fitting box and thick styrafoam (cant spell that) either that or wrap a bunch of shirts and pants around it and put it in the bag. Its not very smart bringing an X360 on a plane, period, but if you have to those are the things to do. I woulnt take it they might break it or do something else to it
SAFE but it would be scanned at the airports,
if you are not a bomber it would be alright
