What are the federal and state requirements to work as marine and cargo surveyor in Florida?

I was acting as a marine and cargo surveyor in South America and I recently moved to the U.S. and want to know what are requirements in order to pursue this career in the State of FloridaWhat are the federal and state requirements to work as marine and cargo surveyor in Florida?
