How do you open the cargo doors of a plane in FS2002/4?

And what is a good website from where you can dowload good quality planes for free?How do you open the cargo doors of a plane in FS2002/4?
Use the door button you specified in your key assignments:





I used D for my doors. So if I use D + 1 it opens the one door +3)(then D+2, D=... I think Ctrl+D will open all. But not all doors open in the FS default aircraft.
